Concierge Services: 15% of the service cost or $200+ per proposal, depending on services rendered, such as private airport transport, private chef or culinary services, special luxury requests e.g. yacht rentals, spa treatments, or private individual/small group tour guides and excursions.
Our upfront planning fee structure allows us to dedicate the time, expertise, and attention to detail necessary to design a truly personalized travel itinerary and experience for you. Some itineraries require a retainer fee for research rendered. Custom Design and Luxury Travel Planning Fees typically start in the range of $250–$550 for straightforward, simple trips. Complex or longer trips may exceed $750+ when over 14 days, depending on trip details.
